Employment Terms
Everyone gets 33 days of annual leave per year (25 days standard company leave + 8 days statutory bank holidays). We also offer up to a 5% employer contribution to employee pensions.
Hybrid Working
We think it doesn’t make sense to commute if you don’t have to. Our hybrid working model successfully combines remote working with office-based working.
Professional Development
We are very supportive of our people’s learning and development needs and contribute to course fees as appropriate.

Freelance talent
Whilst the vast majority of our work is created and managed in-house we do, on occasion, have need for additional and highly talented freelancers to support our film and animation departments including freelance crew, talent and animators.
