About the Role

The Sales Development Representative is a new and exciting addition to the team at Skeleton. We're a creative and growing agency who is keen to cement our voice and presence in the industry.

As the first point of contact, you will have a solid understanding of the sales process and excel at developing new relationships. You will be an ambitious self-starter and a quick learner with strong communications skills. Your enthusiasm and ability to showcase Skeleton's unique offering will be compelling to any prospective client.


  • Handle and qualify inbound sales & marketing leads
  • Educate and develop prospects up to hand-over point with sales team
  • Set appointments for Skeleton internal sales team when a lead reaches the required stage
  • Cold call prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Build relationships by connecting with and nurturing warm prospects
  • Proactively manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Know your product - develop a thorough understanding of Skeleton's offering
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach, pitches and provide general sales support
  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM system
  • Track sales performance and produce sales progress reports


What you'll bring to the table

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • 1+ years' experience of successful telemarketing
  • Exceptional skills at building rapport and communicating across all levels
  • Experience/Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot and other CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant agency experience, a plus

  • £23k Per annum
  • Joint-funded workplace pension
