Most SaaS Videos Have The Same Problem
The issue usually isn't production quality.
Most SaaS videos are well animated, professionally edited, and visually polished.
The problem is that somewhere between the product strategy and the final video, the differentiation gets lost.
Complex ideas are simplified in the wrong places. Important distinctions disappear. Messaging starts to sound like every competitor in the category.
As a result, buyers finish watching with a reasonable understanding of what the product does, but little understanding of why they should choose it.
The video looks good.
It just doesn't change how buyers think.
